Art Night in Downtown Brunswick

Art gallery openings, artist talks, and entertainment at Smoketown Brewing! The art gallery events are free, and several artists will be present to answer questions about their work. After enjoying the art galleries, check out Smoketown Brewing for their concert and music events, and try their latest craft brews! Gilded Dragonfly Gallery is a brand-new gallery specializing in hand-crafted jewelry and fine artisan crafts. They're hosting a grand opening celebration with light food and beverages! You will also have the opportunity to meet the artists represented at the gallery! Located at 27 W. Potomac Street. 5- 7 p.m. Lockhouse Gallery will host an artist talk and reception for Neo-Expressionist artist Sam Gross! He will take questions, read poetry, and give away a few of his small paintings, with a drawing for attendees. Light food, wine, and beverages will be served. Located at 17 W. Potomac St., 6- 9 p.m. Roots & River Gallery will open to show Kathleen Howsare's amazing paintings and to meet her, who will answer questions about her work. Ron Batcher's and Vicki Michael's work is also on display. Located at 30 W. Potomac St., 4:30-7 p.m. All of these galleries are right next to each other, and Smoketown Brewing is two blocks away. These are casual events, so no need to dress up. Come enjoy our great art in Downtown Brunswick!! Admission: Free.
