Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Bowie Lions Club's Time Capsule with a special pop-up event at Belair Mansion. Buried in 1976 during the American Bicentennial celebration, the time capsule captured a moment in history and preserved the hopes, memories, and stories of the Belair community for future generations.
